Here’s how it works:

We begin by getting you to complete our relocation needs analysis. Not only do we want to know about the type of property you’re looking for, but also about your lifestyle, priorities, commute and the needs of your family.
Once we’ve narrowed down the area, we then research listings and contact agents to find out what’s available, on and off market. Our understanding of the market ensures we ask the right questions of the agent, so no one’s time is wasted inspecting a property that simply doesn’t fit your criteria.
In an accompanied search we travel with you to/fro all inspections. If you’re not in a position to visit properties yourself, then we will inspect on your behalf. We will provide detailed notes and, wherever possible, video the home. We then guide you through the application process. We know what agents are looking for and how to make you stand out from the crowd.
We assist with the final steps in the tenancy – lease review, bond, utilities, etc.
Additional services can include completing the condition report, organising rental furniture, providing short term accommodation options until you move in, etc.

Our daughter was moving halfway around the world to start a new chapter in the Brisbane area and, as slightly over-protective parents, we naturally had plenty of worries. Trying to organise everything from the UK is incredibly difficult when you can’t be there in person — especially apartment inspections, dealing with agents and understanding the local rental market.

This is where ARM made such a difference.

Rachael attended inspections, gave honest and practical feedback, kept us fully updated and guided us through the whole process. ARM also clearly has an excellent network of local contacts. Sometimes it’s not only what you know, but who you know — and when relocating from overseas, that local knowledge and network can be invaluable.

The service was incredibly personal, communication was excellent and every question was answered quickly and helpfully. The highlight was when Rachael successfully secured our daughter a fantastic apartment in the Brisbane area, which lifted a huge weight from our shoulders.

We also found ARM’s pricing very competitive, with a flexible approach that could be tailored to what we actually needed rather than a rigid one-size-fits-all package.

What stood out most was that it never felt like we were simply dealing with a relocation company. Rachael genuinely seemed invested in helping our daughter get settled and making the move as smooth as possible.

We recently relocated from WA to QLD with Racheal and Kristen via initial consultation with Natalie and had a fantastic experience. Had a pretty stressful week trying to source the correct person to act on our behalf to find a rental on short notice for our family of 6. 1 mob requested 100% payment upfront with no guarantee and another sent me a service agreement to sign on a plain piece of paper. It seemed most relocation agents were operating as a side hustle to real estate professionals. Wishy washy experience over and over again. Until we met ARM. They are the real deal. Rachael was unbelievable and worked tirelessly to achieve a rental for us in a ferocious market and on short notice. Excellent communication, honest feedback and even checking in with us some 2 weeks after we’d moved offering support. We cannot thank her and ARM enough.
