SERVICES
As part of our rental property search service, we:
• Undertake internet research and source rental properties on your behalf.
• Liaise with Real Estate Agents, conduct all phone calls and follow up.
• Attend rental property inspections on your behalf or meet you at the rental property and attend the inspection with you.
• Assist with submitting your rental application forms and liaise with agents. (Clients are responsible for completing the application form).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
Clients sign off on a rental property search brief, which defines the exact parameters of the property search including suburb, property features required and number of bedrooms. This brief helps us to select properties that meet your needs. If the rental property brief changes significantly, then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. As part of our rental property search, you will be required to provide us with a range of additional documentation including references, along with your rental history details.

DECLARATION OF PRIVACY
Australian Relocation Managers acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. The intended recipients of this information is Australian Relocation Managers. The information that is being collected is for the purpose of processing your inquiry.

PAYMENTS
• This form must be completed prior to the commencement of work.
• You will receive an invoice for the 60% deposit which is required to commence the property search/relocation management services.
• The balance invoice will be issued within 24 hours of the completion of the property service (being when a lease is offered or a lease is signed) or the completion of other relocation management services.
• All card payments are processed securely through Stripe via Xero.

• If you have any questions regarding the invoice, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• If we view more than 8 properties, additional time will be charged at $165 per hour.
• Our packages are not pro-rated according to the number of properties inspected.
• Includes up to 200 kilometers of travel to attend rental property inspections.

AGREEMENT
• I confirm that any money I have paid as a bond payment for rental properties I have previously leased has been returned to me in full.
• I confirm that I will honestly disclose my previous rental history as part of the rental property search.
• I understand that if ARM is inspecting properties on my behalf, that on occasions, ARM may not be able to take video footage of properties, due to privacy restrictions.
• I understand that if video footage is taken, any changes to the condition of the property, after the video has been taken is beyond the control of ARM and ARM will not be liable for any changes to the condition of the property whatsoever.
• Whilst all care is taken to accurately depict the state/condition of a property in any video, written or verbal report, it is ultimately my decision to lease the property and ARM will not be held liable for any variation in the state/condition of the property, once sited by me.

(If Australian Relocation Managers is unable to secure a rental property based on the fact that information provided by you regarding bond and rental payments, rental history and reference checks is deemed unsuitable by the real-estate agent, Australian Relocation Managers reserves the right to charge the full relocation fee, even if a property has not been secured.)
