This organization does a phenomenal job assisting with the rental process – as someone who was in the USA and transitioning to Australia, Tracy kept me on track with documentation and requirements so I had the best chance for landing an apartment. The service was truly invaluable, Tracy was my eyes on the ground and informed me fully of the amenities nearby each place, safety concerns of the area, and videoed properties for me so I could have a virtual walkthrough. Worth every penny.

Finding a house in Perth was one of the most challenging aspects of our relocation. We are from Canada & my daughter was moving to Brisbane to University- literally on the other side of the world. We tried on our own to find an apartment etc with NO success…. panic was setting in because my daughter had to move and had nowhere to go. During my internet searches, completely by accident, but now I feel it was destiny and the universe looking out for us, we came across Australian Relocation Managers. Coming from Canada, we had no idea what a relocation manager was or what they did? I contacted Natalie, she explained everything to me and in turn, arranged for me to meet (virtually), Rachael & Kristyn. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible…. being Canadian, we had no understanding of the rental process in Australia- viewings to find apartments, how to fill out a “profile”, resume’s and referrals for your profile etc. The rental market in Brisbane is fierce, but Rachael & Kristyn were determined to find my daughter suitable and safe accommodations, and that they did. Without their help we could not have done this…. in addition, because we were still in Canada at this time, they assisted with the entry condition report, assisted with utility hook ups, shopping for furniture and basic household items, delivery of these items on our behalf, they even helped us figure out how to pay our rent and bond internationally- trust me, trying to do this from another country is next to impossible- they made it happen! When we arrived, they picked us up at the airport, took us to my daughters apartment, provided a tour of the apartment complex and the surrounding neighbourhood, as well as a tour of Queensland so we had an idea of where we actually were…. they provided advise on what public transit was available, where it was, how to use it. Assisted with setting up banking, cell phone etc. Seemingly basic things but coming from another country with very limited time before my daughters first day of classes, this was instrumental in making us feel comfortable. I could not speak of Rachael & Kristyn more favorably….
Then, unfortunately, after 6 months my daughters apartment flooded and was deemed “uninhabitable”. My daughter was being forced to move immediately…. panic set in, but then I immediately reached out the Rachael & Kristyn to see if they could help us navigate. They immediately jumped into action and assured me they would help my daughter. My daughter had a week to figure out a new place to live & move….
The stars aligned and we were successful in finding a new apartment, and with that also comes the “other stuff”, moving furniture and belongings, dislocating utilities, new utility hook ups, purchasing new furniture, arranging for furniture delivery…. the new apartment was not furnished and we need to get all of this done asap. Rachael & Kristyn assisted with all of this. I know this all sounds like something that my daughter and I could have done on our own, but she was by herself in Brisbane and I am in Canada with a 15 hour time difference, I don’t know what furniture stores are there, and impossible to speak with anyone with the time change etc.
They also assisted with navigating the RTA and bond refund process. They obviously did not provide legal advise, but we had no idea how to do this as my daughter does not have a QID- (not having a QID completely changes everything you can research online).
To YOU, as a reader of my review…. YOU are probably thinking- “well that is what these ladies are paid for.” I want to assure you that these two ladies cannot be paid enough to do what they do & they go above and beyond what is required!

I can’t thank Kristyn, Yvette and the team enough for their help in securing a house in Brisbane for my family I whilst we focused on moving from overseas. Great experience really helped us make the right decisions on moving, landed with the house sorted. I was sceptical trying to find a relocation service at the beginning but as soon as we were in touch with Rachael she put our minds at ease. She helped us put together a renters profile in just a couple of days, if it wasn’t for her it would’ve taken us weeks to sort it all out. Then the rental hunting began, we were living in NZ at the time and had no idea about different areas in Brisbane so having Rachael guiding us was amazing she helped us find our dream rental within 2 weeks of searching! She was very persistent in checking in with the property managers to see if we secured the house which I think was the best part!

Natalie and team made moving to Melbourne 1000% easier. Working on a super-tight timescale they took care of research, bookings, transport, follow-ups, applications, problem-solving, and supervising removals and key pick-up, and I’ve ended up with a great apartment in a lovely suburb that ticks all the boxes. Very happy.
On a friend’s recommendation, I contacted The Lifestylers Group. This was a simple process of filling in one easy form of preferences and then they took it from there. They emailed me a shortlist, all of which appeared suitable and organised private inspections – all consecutive at a time of my choice. Instead of weeks of hassle with no result, this whole process boiled down to couple of hours of inspections, signing some forms (she even did the paperwork!) and a successful application, all pain-free. I learned a valuable lesson: the cost of outsourcing to Australian Relocation Managers was far less than the stress and hassle to me (and was not expensive in any case!).
